Choithram International has organised a in-house workshop of TOK for DP Teachers. Ms. Kalpana Balan, BIS , Shanghai, China was the chief mentor. With her practice exercises and experience all Teachers learn a lot. She mainly emphasis to integrate TOK as a part of each subject not as separate subject.

Our School was one of the participating School for Flat classroom Conference held at Mumbai, India on 24th February 2010 to 28th February 2010.The Flat Classroom Project, cofounded by Julie Lindsay, Beijing, China and Vicki Davis, Camilla, Ga., speaks to the very heart of Pennsylvania’s Classrooms for the Future initiative and 21st Century learning. The theme for this Flat Classroom workshop and conference was “Opening Up Education,” and it was serve as an opportunity for teams of real and virtual participants to explore social, economic, political, cultural and other issues relevant to education on a global scale.

On 26th February 2010 School has organised "SCIENCE FAIR 2010" within School campus. On this occasion students have demonstrated working models of logic gates, scattering of light, electromagnetism, launching of satellites using computerized calculation etc. Social issues like female infanticide was also explained using models and charts. Students were also made aware about the resuscitation technique using mannequin to save the life of patient during pulmonary or cardiac arrest. To conserve energy and natural resources various working models were displayed like solar and wind energy, biogas plant, desulphurization plant, bio fuel, rain water harvesting etc.
Such events encourage the scientific temperament and brings out the creativity in the students.

On th School organised a guest lecture by Mrs. Smita Vajpai on Indian classical music . She played classical music on Sitar ( Raag Yaman) and gave an intro about rhythms.Students are really convinced by her views.

CIians have excelled at the ATAL KHEL MAHAKUMBH CHESS COMPETITION organized by Indore School Games Federation at kothari College of Management, Science & Technology, Indore with 11 medals (2 Gold, 6 Silver,3 Bronze).

On School organised a guest lecture by Ms. Aporva Sohani on Indian classical dance. Students are really convinced by her views. She especially emphasis on self - relaxation and positive psychological consequence of dancer. She said that "classical dancing is a remedy for all mental tensions and it is a powerful tool to get closer to the God".
